Gertsen combines his loving nature with serious athletic abilities. We recently completed an impressive IBOP (Ability Test), where he scored high enough to qualify for the next studbook inspection and earn a star predicate.

As far as his health is concerned, Gertsen is in excellent condition. He has been fully vetted, both clinically and radiologically, with a focus on the neck, legs, and back, and has a clean bill of health with no remarks.

In addition, Gertsen is proudly selected for the semi-finals of the prestigious Fryso Florian Cup during the Central Inspection of 2023. An honor that underscores his promising future.

Gertsen is not just any stallion; he is an integral part of our stable and a true friend to everyone who has the pleasure of meeting him. He gets along very well with mares and other stallions, never causes any problems, and shows no stallion-like behavior.

  • Aftercare: Even after the purchase, we are here to support you and your new Frisian. This includes trainings, availability for questions and advice, assistance in measuring and purchasing saddle and bridle, and much more.

  • Our Chief Rider: Zoë Kuintjes, a world-class young lady, is responsible for the technical and dressage trainings at Cayenne Stables. This year, Zoë has been selected for the Dutch Squad for the 9th time and has represented the Netherlands in the European Championships.

  • 6-Week Trial Period: If it doesn’t work out, the Frisian can be returned. The exact conditions of this trial period can be requested from us and will be contractually established with you.

  • Warranty: After the 6-week trial period, you naturally still have a warranty. If we don’t deliver on our promises, we guarantee to rectify the situation! Details and terms of our warranties will be clearly discussed with you and contractually established in the sales agreement.

  • Horse Health: All Frisian horses are healthy and approved for sports. We do not offer Frisian horses with problems, and you are always free to have the Frisian inspected once more before purchase.

  • Our Team: Not only consists of trainers, but we also have a permanent equine veterinarian, equine physiotherapist, dentist, and farrier who regularly visit our horses.
